She established STA in 1986 to serve the needs of Las Vegas and surrounding areas. She is certified in Vital Stim, the leading dysphagia treatment. She works primarily with the adult population.

Leah relocated to the Las Vegas Valley in 2021.She works with both adults and pediatrics with a wide range of needs. She has experience with swallowing disorders, voice disorders, as well as stroke, TBI, and other neurological conditions requiring speech, language, voice, swallow, and cognitive therapy. Leah is certified in Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) which is a therapy program for people with Parkinson's. Additionally, she works well with pediatric patient needs; apraxia, deaf and hard of hearing, speech-language delay, and other articulation related disorders. Leah teaches group fitness classes and runs in her spare time.

Jocelyn is a certified SPEAK OUT!® provider for people which is a therapy program for people with Parkinson's. She enjoys watching movies in her spare time and traveling with her family.
